With the understanding that the complementary medicine applications offered at Restored Balance Integrated Health Services are not the cure for every physical or medical condition that our patients present to us, we endeavor to make every service as beneficial as possible. With many chronic conditions, it may take several sessions before any relief is felt by the patient. If, however, you feel that the quality of the session (not the results), were unsatisfactory, we will gladly refund your money 100%. Simply include in writing the date and time of your session and why you felt it did not meet your expectation and we will issue you a complete refund. This guarantee does not apply to consultations with Dr. Carla Huitt, lab tests, or any purchased retail products.
