Health Care Benefit Program for Small Local Businesses
It is a well documented fact that basic massage helps reduce stress and
buffer the body's immune system, thereby, improving one's overall health.
Many small business have chosen to work with Restored Balance to offer
their employees this special health benefit whereby the employer pays for
a pre-extablished number of one hour massages for each employee per year.
The benefits to the employer include:
1) The contract is negotiated with Restored Balance IHS directly so no third
party is involved.
2) The massage services are offered to the employer at a reduced
price that is negotiated at the time of contract.
3) The employer may choose how many sessions per year they will pay
for each employee (i.e., 1 per year, 2 per year,
or 1 per quarter, etc.)
4) The employer may choose to reimburse each employee based upon
a submitted copy of their receipt or they may
select to be invoiced once per month by Restored Balance IHS for a
small additional fee.
5) Employees who choose not to take advantage of this health
benefit generate $0 expense for the employer.
6) The contract can be changed or altered each year. If Restored
Balance increases its prices during the contract year,
the amount negotiated through the
contract would remain unchanged.
7) Contract can be terminated at any time by the employer but
remains obligated to pay Restored Balance any
outstanding invoices. The contract remains in affect until the
cancellation is received in writing.
8) When the employee schedules an appointment, Restored Balance
will contact the employer's designated staff person
to verify current employment or we will use staff ID badges as
verification of employment if directed.
Health Care Discount Program for Small Local Businesses
The Health Care Discount Program is used by employers as an incentive
to encourage their employees to get massages without actually covering
the cost of the massage. This program is based upon two factors: the
number of individuals employed by the business and the percentage
discount requested. (Example: Business ABC employs 14 individuals and
wishes to provide their employees with a 25% discount so their fee for that
calendar year is $1200. If the contract is started mid-year, the fee will be pro-rated.)
The benefits to the employer include:
1) Employer does not have any additional fees to pay for the rest
of the year.
2) The employee always receives the contracted discount price regardless of the
frequency of their visits.
3) Contract is renewed annually and is based upon the number of
employees at the time of signing. The percentage of
discount can be changed each contract year per the employer's
request. Percentages not shown on the chart are
also available in 5% increments starting at 15% to 40%.

Corporate Seated Chair Event
Employers wishing to increase employee productivity and boost employee morale should consider hosting a Corporate Seated Chair Event. A
day is arranged well in advance. Each employee signs up for a designated time slot (slot length determined by the employer). The day of the event, the therapists will set up specially designed massage chairs in the room the employer designates. Each employee comes to the room at their appointed time to receive their massage. After their session, they return to work, thus minimizing the impact on the employer's overall work schedule. The employees will feel great, be less stressed, and will remember the kindest of their employer.
The cost to the employer is based up the number of employees receiving massages and the length of time allocated for each employee.
