Referral Program

It has been said that the greatest form of advertising is by word of mouth. Restored Balance wholeheartedly agrees. A referral from an established patient is worth more to us than the thousands of dollars we might spend on a coupon or flyer or even this website. When someone says something good about us, it means that we have made a lasting impact on the life of that individual.

Therefore, as our way of saying thank you, we have created our Referral Program. Any NEW patient who acknowledges that they were referred to us by an existing patient will earn for the referring patient a 15 minute free massage. In other words, existing patient Sally refers potential NEW patient Mark to us. On his intake form, Mark indicates he was referred by Sally. After Mark has officially conducted business with us, Sally is notified that she now has a 15 minute massage credit waiting for her. Also, from this point on, any NEW patients that Mark would now refer to us would earn HIM 15 minutes of free massage.

There is no limit to the number of referral credits that can be earned or accumulated through this program. You can refer someone for ANY of the services we offer, not just massage. It doesn't matter. If they come and receive any kind of service from Restored Balance, you get the 15 minute credit.

Redemption of referral credits is simple. You may select from any of the following options:

     1) You set an appointment equal to your total number of referral credits.
            {Example: You have two referral credits. You set an appointment for 1/2 hour. At the end of the session,
            you would owe $0.}

     2) You set an appointment for the session length you desire and we reduce the session price by the amount of
         referral credits you have earned.
            {Example: You have two referral credits. You set an appointment for 1 hour. At the end of the session, we
            reduce your total session time by the 30 minutes of referral credits. You owe for a 1/2 hour session.}

     3) You set an appointment for the lenght of session you desire and then have us add the referral credit time onto the
         end of the session.
            {Example: You have two referral credits. You set an appointment for 1 hour and add the additional credits.
            Your total session is then scheduled for 1 1/2 hours but you only pay for 1 hour.}

     4) You can have the referral credits provided to you in the form of a Gift Certificate which you can then give to
         whomever you wish.
            {A Gift Certificate from the referral credits would then be redeemed by the recipient in the same fashion as
            any other Restored Balance Gift Certificate.}
