
Kevin E. Bruck
President |
Kevin is a nationally
certified therapist with a background in both therapeutic and
medical massage. He established Relaxation & Retreat
Massages of York back in 2003. His reputation for
applying advanced medical massage techniques spread throughout
the York community very quickly. By 2005, his reputation
throughout the medical community had grown to a level that
earned his business an endorsement by the Better Business
Bureau. In August of 2006, Relaxation & Retreat Massages
of York, LLC was invited to move their business into the
Brockie Medical Center in West York. The doors for their
new facility officially opened October 9, 2006.
Kevin has received intensive training in
a medical massage technique called "Myofascial Release."
With myofascial release, he is able to break down both recent
and older scar tissue, loosen extremely tight muscles, and
increase joint mobility. His advanced myofascial
release specialization focuses on muscular issues related to
the abdominal/pelvic region including pre-natal and
post-partum massage.
Kevin is also a Certified Lymphedema
Therapist and a registered fitter for both Jobst and Juzo
compression garments

Tracey Roberts |
Tracey graduated from Alternative
Conjunction School of Massage in 2001. She owned and operated
York Myotherapy for 6 years before merging with R&R Massages
of York, LLC in January 2008. Tracey is a member of the United
States Medical Massage Association, and is the past President
of the Pennsylvania Chapter. She is also a member of the
National Association of Sports Medicine, in which she holds
certifications in Personal Training and Performance
Enhancement Training.
Tracey is the author and creator of “Myostretching
for Fibromyalgia”, a specialized pain management program for
people who suffer with chronic pain conditions. She has had
Fibromyalgia for over 10 years and has dedicated her
professional practice to helping others who suffer with
chronic pain.
Tracey specializes in Myostretching,
Trigger Point Therapy, Myotherapy, Medical Massage, Infant
Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Sports Massage, Esalen
Massage(Deep Relaxation), Pain Management Treatments,
Nutritional Consultation and Personal Training. She is
currently working towards Certification in Zero Balancing.

Megan Steiner |
Megan graduated
from the Baltimore School of Massage, Dogwood Campus in
Maryland in 1997 and has been practicing massage in one form
or another for over 10 years. She received her Reiki Level 1
training in 2001 from Reiki Master and Author, Margaret Lee
Lyles. Megan plans to extend her Reiki training as well as
add Infant Massage to her modalities practiced. Currently,
she enjoys educating people through massage healing and aiding
them in relaxation through the application of Swedish, Deep
Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki energy work.
Her
experience as a massage business owner and varied community
outreach events coupled with her warm, nurturing
and outgoing personality offer everything
you’ll want in a massage therapist.

Kim LeSage-Mecier |
Kim LeSage-Mecier graduated from
the Baltimore School of Massage in 2005, is a certified
massage therapist, and is a member of AMTA. She's also a
graduate of Temple University and retired in 2004 after 27
years as a Registered Dental Hygienist to pursue a career in
massage therapy. She enjoys working with people
recovering from illness or injury, or just helping to relax
and destress through Swedish massage, deep tissue or
Myofascial Release techniques. Kim is a York county
native with an easy going personality who looks forward to
working daily with all of her clients. |
